Pros
Team size is pretty small, which allows you to get acquainted with everyone. There is a lot of energy due to the startup nature.
Cons
The owners are pretty unorganized. Would have to constantly re do my paychecks due to inconsistencies. Sometimes wouldn't get paid due to lack of funds, and very little communication comes from it. They get on you about metrics, but can't seem to do any better than you in most instances. Sometimes you feel like your lying to potential students. Worked a ton of overtime and was promised health insurance, but never received compensation for the overtime or health insurance.

Pros
The founders are the most down to earth gentlemen I've met. They truly care about the staff and most importantly about the students who attend the school. It is a young company so the founders are always looking for ways to improve and they are always asking the staff for suggestions. They truly care.
Cons
I can't think of any cons.
