There's only one benefit: remote work.

Cons

Everything from poor management, feedback not being taken into account at upper level, a culture of nepotism and relationship-based to lies, gossiping, lack of career growth, constant stress and pressure to work extended unpaid hours. 0 transparency within the company. No respect for highly qualified people.
