Good atmosphere, friendly people, motivation to get things done and keep moving forward. With all that said, nobody takes themselves so seriously that they are annoying.

The office space is sub par.

Management is supportive and encouraging. However does hold you accountable. Positive and driven co-workers who are willing to share information.

Cons

Long hours encouraged. Can be difficult to balance home and work life. Longer hours usually translate into a higher paycheck though. And job security.
