      Very Professional & Well-structured Management. - Work-life balance is good - Work flexibility Hybrid/Remote - Good pay compare to market - Experience to worked on many well-known brand client. - Work-culture is good.

      In terms of cons not in mind. but..lets say do more monthly engagement fun event, lunch or other event.
