      They pay you at the end of the month

      Cons

      If you want to be lied to, perform the job of three people for below average salary, and get zero support from "management" this is the place for you. Its a chop shop. They dont care about the clients. I had to laugh being asked here for the Culture and Values rating, unfortunately there is a no minus zero stars rating option. "Management" is non existent, there are no words to describe this "organisation".

      When you leave you realise is a joke of a place.

      Toxic environment, Culture run on fear. Top management terrible. Most people hate working for them that have worked for them.

      Good location The fellow minnows of the company are good to work with

      Find it hard to believe that some of the good reviews are actually real Management is arrogant and non existent You get no career development Very high turnover of staff in the short time I was there No benefits either pension or healthcare Dictatorship from the top down. Drop everything approach if the CEO asks you to do something regardless of benefits to customer People walking around on eggshells dependent on the mood of CEO Make you take Good Friday out of your holiday allowance
