If you are good at your work, and you don't have any project to work on, they will keep you employed and pay your monthly salary untill they'll find you a new project.

Cons

You don't have really a place for progress if you are looking for one. No special benefits. The holiday bonuses are low. As you don't really know your co-workers, the yearly meetings are little weired.
