      Supportive Team: The group at CodeQuotient has a very positive support system within which junior developers work. There's lots of interaction between experienced teammates to learn and improve. Mentorship: The leaders are accessible and willing to guide employees to better positions. There is adequate mentoring of interns and junior developers. Ownership: There is much accountability, and hence, much to learn for technical as well as problem-solving skills.

      None! The company provides an excellent environment for developers eager to learn and grow.

      Senior developers are very helpful.

      Cons

      No extra benefit. Only work just complete 9 hours daily. if you miss 9 hours it will automatically deduct your holiday count.

      1. Work life balance zero 2. No break between work. like you leave your desk for 10mins they ask you full details where have you been. 3. very less annual leaves. 4. no activity in office. only work 24/7 5. No comp-off for weekend works.
