      Pros

      The management has done a really good job overall. Salaries are always on time, and if you manage to reach them with a problem, they genuinely listen and try to sort it out. They do appreciate and recognize hard work — but only if you’re able to get their attention directly.

      Cons

      Promotions often seem to depend on how much juniors please their seniors rather than on actual performance or capability
