Pros

some very good colleagues, pay on time, no extra work

Cons

Everything is a performance for the customers. You can clearly feel that employees are used mainly as part of that show, rather than being genuinely valued. The company shows little to no care for employee well-being, and this attitude is obvious in daily operations. Even the so-called team-building activities feel like another performance aimed at impressing customers rather than supporting the team. There is no real appreciation for individual effort, and of course, this is reflected in the salary. There is no HR department, management is poor, and overall leadership is ineffective. The company is capitalistic at its core, and this negatively affects employees on every level.

Pros

Some talented people on the team, potential for good projects. Pay on time. No extra-time work.

Cons

Management is unclear and often contradictory. There is zero appreciation for the work you do. There is no room for initiative when you work close to the management team. There is effectively no HR structure in place. You never get positive feedback no matter what you do. The company operates with two owners. One focuses on cutting costs in ways that affect overall wellbeing and team stability. The other sometimes shows unprofessional behavior, and has stated that “I’m the HR of the company” while also acting as CEO, which leads to a lack of accountability and proper employee support. Compensation is not competitive. Only greek men work in the company.
