      I have had an amazing experience transitioning to CCI. From the Principles going above an beyond to create a welcoming environment, to the amazing support staff that ensure everyone who joins the family has what they need to not only be successful, but feel great and confident with their choice to join our company. Gold Stars across the board for Culture, Investment in People, Career Growth Opportunities and being a Valued Partner within our Community!

      Pros

      One of the things I enjoy the most about CCI is the flexibility and freedom granted to all employees, regardless of tenure or position. The office is open and there is a lot of friendly conversation and comradery throughout. The work can be challenging based on the particular project or role, but i enjoy coming into the office each day. The company tries hard to promote the "family" environment and provide opportunities for all employees to unwind in a socially acceptable environment,

      Cons

      Can be stressful, from a workload standpoint, if you have a large project that needs completed. As a project nears completion, there is often a scramble to complete by the deadline especially if it is a large project.
