      Pros

      Codat moves fast, over the last few years the company has pivoted several times. They're able to do this because they are underpinned by powerful foundations first laid by the founders - the current trajectory looks very strong and because of that underlying platform, they retain much flexibility for future innovation and products. The company has great talent, working on some super interesting problems. Blue chip client base - you'll work with some of the most recognised financial institutions on the planet. Defining a new category in which they are set to lead for years

      Pros

      Codat has an incredible culture built around low ego, trust, and a genuinely flat organisation. There’s a strong emphasis on outcomes and ownership rather than hierarchy or politics, which creates an environment where people can do their best work. The people are what really make Codat a great place to work, smart, supportive, and highly collaborative, with a shared commitment to doing the right thing for customers and for each other. You also get the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative fintechs and financial institutions in the market, which makes the work both challenging and rewarding.

      Cons

      As with any scaling company, there is a lot of change. Priorities, structures, and ways of working can evolve quickly, which can be energising for some but challenging for others. This is probably not the right environment if you strongly prefer consistency, predictability, or clearly defined processes that rarely change.
