It upholds high standards of service it is a dynamic environment that builds individuals to exploit their potential for growth It leads in innovation and accepting new ideas and methods to adapt to the current landscape.

Cons

It is a pressure sensitive environment where deadlines need to be met without fail. It has in some cases allowed departments to work in their own silos to meet their department targets rather than enable departments to work together to achieve the Company Overall Vision.
