Pros

The Graduate Development program allows you the opportunity to experience different business areas to see what best suits you, provides an opportunity to meet and work with more senior management, competitive compensation for a development program, some sites work a 9/80 schedule which is great for work-life balance, and the advantage to rotating around different site locations.

Cons

Depending on which site you were at there are great differences in the company culture. The program also needs to have job coaching and training to prepare you for a position within the company once you rotate off of the GDP. Relocation allowances specific to the graduate development program really need to be reevaluated.

Pros

Good work-life balance, development and learning opportunities, good medical/vision/dental benefits, ability to apply to cross-functional jobs within the company to get "promotions"

Cons

With the exception of a few key individuals, terrible HR department, loads of bureaucracy to sift through, at times unrealistic demands or expectations for work, will not get the rotation you want unless you really really work for it
