      They must hate their lives!

      Pros

      Pay is great I absolutely loved my job loved the company most employees were amazing customers were terrific.. multitasking (your team, your store, your customers, vendors, customer service, 2 systems at once, constantly going always busy, and a very fun bubbly environment!

      Cons

      Corporate management (c-store GMs, bookkeepers, corporate working people.) They are horrible! In order to make it last here or to even be able to grow in the company, cross your fingers that you're the cool kid on the play ground, if you aren't it's gonna be one hell of a challenge to make it to the top. Working at a car wash is totally like walking down the halls in highschool, drama, drama, drama! They think you life revolves are this company. No condition is too bad of a condition to call out of work for!

      Pros

      The only pro is the commision on passes

      Cons

      I was hired full time by this company. But they have only given me less than 20 hours a week and make up excuses as to why they do not give me more. In addition for the past 2 weeks they have scheduled me and when I show up they scratch me off the schedule and tell me to go home without even giving me a call or text to let me know not to come in. They also keep promising that I will receive my 40 hours but I have less than 5 this week. Do Not work here you would be better off working at McDonalds.

      Money can be good in season and if you get in the profit sharing

      Cons

      Many OSHA concerns in summer weather. Force staff to clock out but stay on site. Very shady upper level managers and owners.
