Nepotism invloved in filling managerial positions. The lawsuit has already resulted in removal of those pretentious poor performing managers.

Pros are diminishing by the day

Cons

Only hear from the CEO in special appearances. COO has changed the culture and the moral is in a deep downward spiral. Scared to speak truthfully in fear of retaliation. Staff turnover is high. So many changes that the onsite staff cant keep up. Zero actual support from executive team. Reviews are so low that they made a QR code and told everyone at annual training to scan it and give 5 star ratings.
