Pros

Absolutely none, what a shameful company, absulute waste of my time.

Cons

Worst company, they pay you 11.50$ an hour, but they promise you a lot of income since you are working 60-80 hours a week for them traveling, staying in the worst rat holes hotels, sharing rooms with unknown people. They pay you $100.00 and bill the client thousands for your work, worst tech I ever see on surveying. You have to pay them in advance a $1000 for the equipment they provide you, which is obsolete by the way. Car insurance is on you. On training CEO "invite" you to lunch which is later discounted from your per diem. cheap.

Pros

Its a smaller office so you can make some pretty meaningful relationships with people. If you work in the field there are many opportunities to travel to lots of places you might not ever get to go to. There are chances to learn new skills that you can bring to more lucrative jobs that you might not have the chance to without schooling. Most support staff and non-upper management will help you learn and have your back.

Cons

Office politics once you get to a management position runs rampant. The only way to get ahead is to be an out-of-office friend to people higher up or be related to someone. In the past couple of years it seems upper management has been making bad decisions that are causing a lot of people to be temporarily laid off so there is no guarantee of actual work. There used to be yearly wage increases but now you have to beg for a salary increase. It seems most people who make a decent wage that aren't upper management or political players have been completely pushed out. There is a giant divide between office and field people, in-office people seem to refuse to understand how difficult it is to do field work and talk terribly about them. There is a giant salary divide among people who do even the same job and it is very much of the culture to not discuss this, even though that is illegal to retaliate against.
