Pros
Interesting concept, tech staff very dedicated, great opportunity for an intern. Autonomy to a certain extent, chance for potential growth
Cons
Senior Management split into good cop/bad cop mentality. Unreasonable expectations for a start up in terms of revenue generation, the mantra of the company is "hire slow, fire fast" and they mean it. There is an extraordinary amount of pressure to deliver even if a goal is not possible to attain in a given time frame. Don't disagree with management, it is a fatal mistake. Small company with a large corporate speak vocabulary.

I learned to treat people with skepticism!
Cons
The CEO has defrauded numerous people including investors, employees, vendors etc. He will attempt to not pay you if at all feasible. Also, he is not a particularly competent business person which combined with the fact that he is a criminal means doing business with him will not be fun! Stay away from Mike Munves/Mike More. Also, I am fairly confident that at least some of the positive reviews on here are fake.
