      Pros

      CoDev is great place to work. Well compensated and have benefits both for their employees and employees’ family.

      Cons

      Since most of us are work from home, we only got to meet everyone during anniversary party, year-end party and team buildings. Hope we got to meet more often.

      - A lot of bonuses spread throughout the calendar year - Good KPIs - No micromanagement (client-side may differ)

      Cons

      - Low number of PTOs (lower than other companies in the city/country) - No year-end bonus - The bonuses are used to counter-offer your asking salary, so better raise it from the start
