      Pros

      Good pay, they rarely micromanage, they trust their employees to do their jobs. They give retention bonuses to developers (software developers only). Work schedule in the morning is very early, means the road in your commute isn't traffic yet. You get to learn a lot, as most of your colleagues will be an expert at something (they have high standards for hiring), and they regularly hold tech talks/learning sessions with foods and all

      Cons

      you only have 15 days of combined paid leaves per year (10 days only if its your first year). That already includes both sick days and vacation days. Not flex time (but if you request, and your client allows this, then you can get flex time)
