      The pay is way below industry standards, for all of the things you have to do. It's a secretarial positiona at best. Management has no backbone

      Cons

      Lack of Job Security as the company has merged with PSCU and is now Velera. Eventually more positions will be eliminated. Trimmed Pay - Each employee who survived the merger so far received an offer from Velera. Some got job offers with less pay. Hidden Layoffs - This isn't advertise, but people are losing their roles as both companies work to finalize the merger and its not reported to state agencies due to job elimination. Nothing on the WARNs list that shows these roles being eliminate.
