Pros
Company that is almost a tech company with focus on sales. Gives you the opportunity to work with great people.
Cons
Lack of visibility for most of the areas. If you expect a fast and consistent growth in your carreer, you may be disappointed. But the internal processes are changing and the company seems to value more the talents of the areas.

Company dynamic, pleasant atmosphere, recognized brand in the market, synergy with brick retail, several market segments, international career opportunity, young and dedicated team for results.
Cons
There is no solid career plan and long-term visibility, strong intervention of the controller in the business currently, changing of direction constantly, lack of commercial strategy, internal communication problem.
