Pros

- Strong ownership culture. People are trusted to lead initiatives and make decisions. If you bring ideas, you’ll get support to test and build them. - Collaborative and empathetic environment. Marketing, Product, Revenue, and Ops work closely together to solve real challenges. - Mission-oriented team. There’s shared belief in helping businesses make confident decisions, and that shows up in the way teams approach their work. * I used ChatGPT to clarify my thoughts, not write them for me.

Cons

- Fast-moving environment. As the market shifts, especially with AI reshaping search and discovery, priorities have been evolving quickly. - High-performance expectations. It can be challenging, but you’re expected to deliver outcomes, not just activity. - Ambiguity at times. With innovation comes experimentation, which means not every initiative has a perfectly defined playbook from day one. * I used ChatGPT to clarify my thoughts, not write them for me.

Pros

Really nice and friendly atmosphere with interesting challenges

Cons

The only thing I can remember is that the round of layoffs happened some time ago, but that happened to pretty much the whole industry

Pros

Clutch offers some of the best benefits I’ve had in my career, such as competitive PTO, great healthcare, and wellness initiatives. The leadership team is transparent and keeps employees informed and involved in company direction. There’s a clear focus on career growth, and in recent years the company has created well-defined career paths and which helps employees keep a pulse on progress and goals. On top of that, the people are amazing! The team is smart, supportive, and great to work with.

Cons

The company recently experienced a round of layoffs, which understandably impacted morale and created some uncertainty. That said, leadership approached the situation with transparency and care, and the team is focused on moving forward together.
