      Shifts are flexible and work is predictable and steady. Good if you like to know what to expect each day.

      Cons

      Some people have preferences on how to clean or what’s best to clean, so sometimes you just have to adjust to everyone’s preferences. Sometimes it’s boring so you have to look/stay busy.
