New business head doesn't understand fashion. No one seems to know where the business is going. Brands are old and no longer in demand. Many work in fear.

1) Would not recommend anyone to take up retail job in club 21 singapore -unless you can withstand working together with a manager that talks behind your back- yet smiles at you , talks to you rudely and is even calculative of the time when you simply go for a toilet break. Also, a few times I saw my manager roll her eyes after serving a customer and even made some unpleasant remarks about the customer. ( Doesn't set a good example for the rest of the staffs really) 2)Morale in workplace is low. Not the best environment to grow and learn 3) Most of the staffs don't dare to speak up against a manager/ supervisor. Working in fear. If you still intend to take up a job at club 21 singapore- in the retail area. My heart goes out to you. Please think through more than a thousand times before even signing a contract with them. Until the day comes when there are actual changes in the management , and when hr actually employs respectable managers ( true genuine staffs) to lead the team- then consider taking up the job offer.
