Hired and Fired in few months, no job security

Pros

They have a good culture on Slack but that's just about it - people keep posting nice things. In reality, it's a completely unorganised company and everyone is scared for their jobs.

Cons

No vision, hired a bunch of people and let them go for no fault. I had no idea why they did this to me - I was on a project and doing well. Their business has tanked and all the good people are leaving. Some of the C-level execs are extremely rude and unprofessional.

No Pros can be seen as all the employees are leaving the company

Cons

I would say they will fire you at any point of time irrespective of your performance . The best example i can give you is : lets say they need to build a team of 11 and there are 15 players … so 11 friends will stay in company and rest 4 will be straight away fired from the company even if they are the best performers. No job security No Hike No professionalism Worst work culture Best Recommendation : please do not join Cloudwerx even if they offer you high salary
