If you want a secure and steady paycheck, then Cloudpermit is for you. But if you're thinking of going up the ladder with one day reaching an executive level position, then you CAN FORGET IT AT THIS PLACE!
Cons
They cut our our commission structure by a lot going into this year. They claim it was so they would motivate us to book more appointments and potentially to work harder. I've never heard of this kind of logic, to pay your employees less just so they can work twice as hard with more responsibilities added to their schedules and still making WAY LESS than the old comp structure. They will give you false illusions that with hard work, you will one day get promoted.
