Pros
Good place to learn as you are surrounded by highly expertise & hard working people. This company gave me an opportunity to self learn many new things as I was having the freedom to take decisions during each & every project & the level of trust shown is tremendous. I got exposure to many different types of projects & was always allowed to take new challenges w.r.t new technologies.
Cons
Need Holiday on every Saturday rest I think everything is fine.
