      Stay away - far far away!!!

      Pros

      Difficult to think of one, but they try to give a nice Christmas Party

      Cons

      Office is packed in too small of space, lots of yelling over the desks, unreasonable expectations, and leadership is not realistic or honest.

      This is a disgruntled ex-employee. Anyone that has been here for 3-4 years is still with the company. The Cons are also not true statements because we have a large office in Florida and Buenos Aires, Argentina, have an extended vacation policy, and empower our team to manage their own work/life balance.

      They try to create a fun environment around the holidays.

      Cons

      The CEO applies unrealistic pressure to projects that do not have enough resources or time. There tends to be a lack in quality work due to urgency. Every department has rush jobs on a weekly basis.
