Hi Guy's I'm Pradeep Palnati HR of Cloudgen/N3xGen Systems Please think twice before joining in our organization because here i will be very actively part of office politics along with our senior employees and i will encourage them till employees resigns themself and i will treate them like slaves to work everytime irrespective of shift timings and i will play with their career by assigning them a scrap work which leads to no work life balence and if they raise their voice towards the organization i will put them on PIP and ask them resign forcefully or else i will terminate them, and we force employees to work on out of the box topics and we scold them if they won't work on it, and sometimes we remove our employees by saying you are not performing well and we hire new people then we do overaction like there is no good company on this earth like us, also please check on youtube news channels what we did issues regarding H-1B visa.

My experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of some senior employees. Instead of focusing on their responsibilities, they often engaged in gossip about others, even those who were sincerely dedicated to their work. The workplace felt more like a school, Rather than fostering a professional and respectful work culture, certain senior members lacked basic respect and maturity. Workplace politics and favoritism overshadowed productivity, making it difficult to focus on real growth. A better leadership approach is necessary to create a professional and positive environment.
