      Pros

      • Constant interference in work by management. • Expect call from management on weekly offs or vacations regarding work. • Public humiliation by management for mistakes. • Direct reference to salary by management is everyday thing. • Human Resources management ( HRM) is clueless about professional work culture and does what CEO says. • Policies especially regarding maternity, severance pay, performance, bonus, appraisal are weird and totally against employees. • Employees are forced to sign policies or face termination. • Unprofessional CEO who uses profanities. • All good reviews are written by management.

      Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We are growing as a business which presents its challenges and at the beginning of 2017 we have introduced a concept of work-life harmony program under this program, management and employees are undergoing programs like, weekly fitness sessions, emotional intelligence workshop, peer to peer program , team building activities and others . This is a holistic approach we took to provide an environment where employees feels valued, treated fairly and respected and in return we scored high on employee satisfaction score.

      Pros

      1. Good learning curve at the cost of your insult 2. Average pay at the cost of job risk and constant torture of pointing out your salary amount 3. If you don't have your opinions then go for this company. Management likes such people who don't argue.

      Cons

      1. All listed by others. 2. Very bad politics. 3. Almost weekly changing policies and always change is brought agains employees. 4. If you perform well, its your job, if any mistake happens, then you will be reminded about your salary amount. 5. No projects. Only small projects. 6. Company is not worth even if they pay high. 7. No job security at all. 8. 3 Months Notice Period 9. If you are servant and have no self respect, go and join this company.

Our industry has faced challenging time and at times we are forced to take tough decisions to deliver under tight deadlines. In regards to fake review post, as per glassdoor review guidelines each individual is allowed one review, per employer, per year, per review type and authenticity of reviews are measured by glassdoor closely, before the reviews get posted.
