Lina is unstable and obsessive. She yells and demeans employees every single day. Micromanages every single thing, down to a potluck. Everyone is on eggshells around her. She has constant paranoia. It is just an unbearable and hostile work environment.

Most of the good employees are gone, the ones that truly cared and gave their all but if you do that here, you’re really giving up your soul to someone who only cares about herself and how much money the company can bring her, someone who has no empathy nor knows the meaning of the word, i.e., the founder. She’s ran them out the door which is revolving every day and has been for years. (They can keep erasing these reviews so people can’t read the truth but in reality is that fair? People’s need to know what they’re walking into)
