      Pros

      If you are in the medical field and want a part time job or a place to start while going to school, apply here. The experience was okay and I say this because of the friendships I made while working here.

      Cons

      No consistency and lack of communication. I was told one think during the interview and when I got the job, everything changed.

      Health insurance the only decent thing.

      Cons

      They allow employees to be nasty to newcomers & allow sponsors to be nasty/overly demanding to all employees and see nothing wrong with it. Training-non existent. outdated SOPs, half completed document templates. No mentoring and don't ask a question unless you want to be slammed for it. Bullying demeanor from upper management with fake smiles. They treat DM like they are ignorant. No real site ID or feasibility/ SSU teams. No internet coverage- $40 a month towards your personal cell/internet usage. Outdated tmf & ctms systems that are difficult to use.
