Climber.com has an employee rating of 2.9 out of 5 stars, based on 34 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have an average working experience there. The Climber.com employee rating is 25% below average for employers within the Information Technology industry (3.9 stars).
Nobody ever gets jobs through Climber's premier service. The directory of recruiters is mostly fake. Customer service nonexistent. Salespeople are fed a bunch of lies about people being about to find work months faster so that people looking for work will pay to join.
There are literally no pros for me to add, and simply need to fill this space.
Cons
The job is very simple. Call and ask "are you still looking for employment?". If the answer is anything but a simple and prompt "yes", hang up on them. Especially, at any attempt for the customer to complain, we receive many of those, simply hang up and call again tomorrow asking the same thing.
An entry level position to learn sales techniques. No weekends
Cons
Bad product
Bad pay even as a top producer.
Unhappy coworkers
Micromanaged (they claim they don't)
Employees let go after putting in notice
Wait 3 months for benefits and paid holidays to kick in
Benefits not that great
