Being a small, fast growing company, sometimes processes can be a little ambiguous. Personally, I thrive in that environment, but if you like everything to be structured like at a larger company, we're not quite there yet.

Consistently the goals for the quarter were not ever finalized until halfway through so you only had 6 weeks to hit the metric instead of the full quarter.
