Pros

small work environment, casual dress

Cons

Poor management, run by sick owner's wife and developer with no management skills. Loosing clients, lost niche technical recruitment skills. Cant keep employees, fires sales people every two months. High turnover, low morale, management talks about employees behind their backs.

Pros

Employees can leave at 4:00 pm on Fridays. Birthday cake for monthly birthdays, small Christmas bonus if company is doing ok.

Cons

Employees are not too ambitious. Portions of Recruitment doesn't work on BDM reqs unless they have to. They pick and choose what to work on for their favorite BDMs .management doesn't care because they buddy up to their own culture. Too much gossip. Management acts nice and praises you to your face then talks poorly about you behind you. Nothing is transparent either. If you have been to other companies esp large corporations and go here, beware of the drama and minimal producing team members.

I guess they are key recruiter for Dish Network

So this is my story: They called me for an opportunity with DISH. Usual way how Indian recruiting companies work. they kept chasing me until the interview day. Two rounds of interviews with dish went really well and they asked to travel to Denver. They told me that i was the only candidate and this is just a formality. They sent me the flight ticket. I asked them to book a hotel room and asked to confirm if they will pay for food and uber. they confirmed for uber, no confirmation on food. Someone high up in the company picked me up from the airport and offered me to stay in her house in basement. I said no, i need my privacy. Next day they picked me up and we went to Dish office. Interview went well. Somehow I did not get the job. I did not get the clear feedback and I am sure what I heard was a lie. anyhow, I asked them to pay for my Uber travel. 3 trips I took on uber cost me ~150. THEY PAIS ~50$ and never paid rest of the money. I followed up 5 times and the same lady said you have to bear some cost as well. Still waiting for the check and a proper feedback. Such a shame.
