- highly demanding in a non productive way
- too many meetings and the most corp. nonsense I've ever encountered: each dept. meeting the shared doc included 9 pictures and everyone had to go around and state which picture most resembled the way they were feeling for the week and why...
- poor processes from an operations standpoint, especially the inclusion of Vendr, that were over burdensome with minimal value add. Showed a lack of trust in the workflow approval setups
- as others have mentioned highly demanding/poor worklife balance and expectations of being available for longer hours due to global distribution of employees
- odd team dynamics made it clear it wasn't a good fit
