Terrible wages, all they care about is sales and delivery targets, if you get a fine, even if it unavoidable doing a delivery you pay! Very greedy company! Make sure you read your contract very carefully, I got taken into hospital (while I was at work) had to take it as holiday when I left had to pay it back owing them money! Cheap rubbish ppe, lots and lots of heavy lifting! No trust in you at all, you are always wrong, most of the transport staff do not have drivers licenses, need I say more!

Lack of training "Blame" culture Overworked for little reward. The company has decent people but if you aren't a yes man you won't go far or last long...long term employees are starting to walk due to lack of support from higher ups
