Pros

Good place to start for someone just out of college.

Cons

-HR too busy trying to win pointless awards and boasting on social media than they are fixing the issues within the company -Hard workers not rewarded - Extremely poor salary and bonus. Not aloud to discuss or negotiate on why you deserve more. One review a year with this "review" being this is what your getting tough if you don't like it. - Senior MGMT out of touch with the workforce, shocking communication - Lovely office that's totally inaccessible to get to which you are forced to come in a minimum of 3 days a week -Progression path is the 8th wonder of the world, no one's aloud know how to climb up -Employees concerns are shunned off by all management -Impossible to get time off due to work force dwindling and no cover across teams -Nepotism .... everywhere - Majority of managers are passive aggressive, unapproachable and micro manage - Company has now became a toxic environment to be in due to completely inept management.

Pros

Entry level 2,600 euros a month net. Other young entry levels. One person is obliged to bring breakfast for everyone the team of 25 people every Friday. It's also well located in Kirchberg, right in front of Auchan.

Cons

The boss of the department H, S and L do no know how to manage the department. People work from 8.30-6 and at 8.30am H sets up meetings and walks up and down the aisle pointing at empty chairs, asking the teams to throw their group member under the bus. When a mistake occurs, they ask the team leader to throw they team members in the fire. They will personally call you over and yell at you in front of everyone. If you dare defend yourself they will tell you to shut up because they are in charge. During the interview process, H tries to intimidate you. One time, there was a a mistake and L told me that from the start they should have never hired me. Word for word. What kind of management communicates to their employees like this? There is a complete lack of professionalism. Their was a long standing employee and the time who would sexually harrass all newcoming women in front of management, and they would do nothing about it. The newcomers worked in fear and those that had survived were cold. This is by far the worst work environment I have ever had.

Pros

There are no pros to this company anymore.e

Cons

Terrible pay especially for long term employees, the longer you work here the less you are rewarded. No pay increases for long term employees, yet the workload continues to increase as you are expected to take on more the longer you are here. The company say hybrid model but it is a pathetic attempt at a work life balance. Employees are forced to come into the office 3 days every week, we have to pay for the privelage of parking, increased fuel costs and no pay increase for years means we are coming out with less take home pay now than we did 3 years ago. Management are giving better pay increases to employees who are here less than 5 years to retain staff, anyone here more than 10 years gets nothing and have not received anything worthwhile for the last few years. Staff voice concerns and struggles trying to survive on such bad pay and concerns are ignored by management. In the last year so many long term experienced staff have left as the pay amd work from home was not what you would expect for this industry. Excellent staff have left, and the company is begging for staff which they cannot get. Employees still working here are expected to take on excessive amounts of work, to clear backlogs. Staff morale is the lowest I have ever seen in any company. Management and HR don't seem to care about losing experienced staff, the attitude seems to be that a fancy expo with goody bags will attract enough staff to replace what has been lost. New staff with no experience will never make up for the excellent staff that have been lost and the stafg that will continue to leave. There are far better options available to employees now in this industry, where staff are paid a decent wage and not the pathetic salaries that long term staff are expected to accept in clearstream. Senior Management are not approachable, some of the Team managers are abrubt, rude and do not care about employees. HR are comepletely cut off from the reality of being an employee, they do not care about employees and some members of HR are extremely rude and talk to staff in a manner that is abrubt and unacceptable. This used to be a nice place to work, but since moving to the new office it seems to staff that image and the perception of perfection to the outside looking in is the only focus of senior management, senior management seem to have lost sight of what should matter and that is the staff that you rely on to get the work done every day, a fancy building means nothing to staff who are on such poor salaries, who are overworked and completely undervalued.
