      Pros

      There are no pros to Clearvision Optical. You go into the office everyday fearing management will fire you because of their lack of empathy.

      Cons

      Clearvision has terrible benefits and management structure. The management is abrasive and uses its employees. They don't reward on merit and treat their employees badly. I don't recommend working for this company.
