      Sinking ship. Stay away. Massive layoffs.

      Pros

      Pays bills. Some people are ok. Decent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership + poor product is a dangerous combo. Other companies are offering a far superior product for cheaper. 25% of company was laid off last month. Stay away from this sinking ship.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the people I worked with. So many smart and funny people. Lunch 4x a week.

      Cons

      I didn’t feel that management was honest. There is terrible communication and no direction on projects. Timelines completely unreasonable. The benefits promised weren’t delivered upon.

      Interesting work, colleagues really want to make a difference.

      Cons

      CFO has complete control of all company decisions and has zero confidence any deals will close so has slashed everything he could, including 30+% of the staff this year alone. Nitpicks expenses of field team and has begun requiring them to pay for previously reimbursed expenses. Wages and reimbursements from Clear Labs are not competitive with the rest of the market.
