Pros
Innovative work and I love doing R&D and was a good group of people but it has changed since my recent experience!
Cons
Leadership and culture has changed overnight very poisonous, new leader has been bullying me and matters not taken seriously enough. We should be able to come to work every day and feel trusted and be able to talk to management and P&C about issues without fear of cover up and disregarding our feedback and concerns.
