Cons

A crappy strategy. Motivated by money not by the dedicated employees and the patients lives we save everyday. Focused on expanding instead of building the foundation.

Being able to help patients with addiction.

Cons

CEO bailing out stating company "hibernation" is due to COVID. Had employees attend a very cold Teams meeting stating in 48 hours a hibernation of centers. Company very top heavy. Too many medical directors not taking on adequate patient load and putting it on the PA's and NP's. Lack of outreach to get patients to centers but had center managers at each location. Overall, Top heavy with a lot "chiefs." Expecting providers to see a high number of patients and to act as counselors in a 10 minute visit.

Motivated by money. No confidence in management. Too many management layers, not enough clinical staff to do a good job. TERRIBLE health insurance (CIGNA)
