Terrible culture within the C&M team. I worked under a senior manager who was hands down the worst and most incompetent manger I’ve ever had. Consistent undermining, unsupportive, made up complete lies to have people let go during probation and then would openly gossip about it with other staff and managers. Zero career progression. You’re basically treated like a minion. Awful place to work if you are in C&M.

This company has one of the worst workplace cultures I have ever experienced. Employees are expected to work extremely long hours with minimal to no recognition for their efforts. Professional development is given very low priority by management. The primary expectation is to comply with partners’ demands without question, having no room to utilise our expertise. This made many of us feel more like administrative staff rather than specialists in our fields. I had the misfortune of working under a manager who was exceptionally unsupportive, constantly questioned my actions, and was inflexible. Additionally, there was a strong sense of favouritism among the managers, which created an unfair and demotivating work environment.
