Classkick is one of the best places I've ever worked at! Since joining, I've really appreciated the culture of feedback loops and constantly improving on things. As we've rapidly grown, these aspects have continued to remain strong. I believe it's all rooted in Classkick's focus on people and really valuing their opinions.
Cons
Because it's still in a stage of constant growth, it can be difficult to prioritize and have clearly thought out systems and procedures. However, as we've continued to hire and gain more capacity, I definitely see a shift to be more proactive and continue zooming out to the next big thing.
Classkick is genuinely committed to our values, especially focus on people - we celebrate team member successes and failures, maintain healthy work/life balance, and see each other as humans first. I also appreciate that Classkick values and hires transitioning teachers for many teams.
Cons
Definitely a growth stage start up environment, you need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity to enjoy working here.
