Not a bad wage. If you’re the right fit, you can make a career out of it. People do tend to stay there a while. There are some managers who will support you in your progression, work alongside you and with you. Whereas my experience was the opposite. It’ll soon become apparent to you who this is.
Cons
All in all it’s a strange company to work for. It’s a verrrry close knit, clicky culture, so if your face doesn’t fit, you’ve got no chance. so if you get in with the right crowd, you’ll be completely fine. If only there was a review on here from someone to say, stay away. I wouldn’t believe a word management say, one manager in particular should not have manager status. They are very flakey and they will fill you with false information and lead you to believe the complete opposite, so watch out for this.
