No loyalty. No raises. New hires will get paid more than you no matter how long you have been there. Leadership can do no wrong. They are treated and talked about like GODS. They micro manage you into oblivion. If you ever miss a call better be ready for dispatch to check up on you. If you miss dispatches call, the directory is calling next. Brad/Ralph may seem like they are appreciative of you and of everyone in the company but that is all fake. They only care for their GODS. Everyone else is fodder.

CEO acts cool and kind but is heartless. Will fire you without warning, you will one second be working then another minute no longer have any access. And they are heartless to the point that they won't let you know why you were fired.
