My soul died a little

Pros

The location of the office is pretty nice. The head manager gives amazing speeches, which almost make you wan to work for him but then you remember the kind of work you have to do.

Cons

Where do I begin? Like one of the reviews said, the description of the position and the interview is the most misleading thing I've ever heard. Why do they title their position as "PR Assistant" when it should be "Sales Rep" or better yet "One of those people who run around with a sketchy product trying to sell it to people in parking lots". My experience has been awful. I felt like I was lying to people when trying to sell. I've also realized that the company is unethical and unprofessional, now I don't know if I felt that way because of the people I was teamed up with but it was definitely not my kind work or company. Can I give -5 stars for values? (This is based on my opinion, values, and experience)

Pros

The opportunity for growth is amazing. I went in for an interview about three months ago. Got a phone call from the nicest girl, she told me I'd meet her when I came in for the interview but instead there was another female at the front, that had a name similar but not the women I spoke too. The hiring manager/owner was super nice in the interview, felt like he had a lot of hope in me if I started with their company!

Cons

If you are someone that doesn't have kids, spouse, relationship, and love husltingthis is the place for you. They fail to mention in the interview that you'd be working 80 hours or more a week, you don't get your nights or weekends. If you aren't doing up to pare with the quote they no longer care about you and even if you are ringing what like to call "bell" you don't even get rewarded or recognized for doing well. Instead the boss has his favorites that he only recognizes. They lie about countless things its a little crazy and the longer I work there the more I realized that everyone is just out for themselves and it has nothing to do with team work.
