Flexibility is pretty good as well as WFH.

Cons

The primary focus is on maximizing profits, prioritizing revenue over the quality of service. There is an imbalance between objectives and available resources, resulting in a lack of progress due to insufficient resources. Compensation is below the industry average, and individuals are poorly managed and subjected to excessive pressure. Top and middle management talk about values but don't live by them.

Great people, but not worth it

Pros

Most of the people are lovely - really friendly, understanding, and supportive. Good for fast-paced learning if you aren't looking for a long-term position.

Cons

The business is growing rapidly and not willing to hire enough staff to balance workloads, or pay existing staff at a decent rate. The pressure and stress is high, and there is no recognition. Better to look for the same work elsewhere at a living wage!
