Great company core values makes Cirrius Solutions an amazing company to work for. The work atmosphere varies but they will always provide you lots of opportunities to learn, grow and develop new skills. Company culture is awesome, and although most of us are remote we interact frequently online, it feels like a close-knit family. One of the biggest plus is how they take care of their employees. I joined the company a month before my baby was born and during paternity my girlfriend was experiencing health issues. Even though I was new to the team, Cirrius Solutions made sure I didn't rush into work, or felt pressure or guilt about taking additional time off to take care of the family. They made sure I was disconnected from work emails/clients while on leave and even adjusted my hours for the first month I came back. These are the accommodations that makes a world of difference, especially when you're dealing with emergencies. The company also highly encourages professional development and training, they want you to dedicate a few hours a week for training and will reimburse for your certifications, you even get an additional bonus if you hit their certifications goal. The team members are great, they make you feel welcome and you can easily ping one another online if you have questions or need help. I've never worked for a company that emphasizes transparency and will genuinely listen, and applies, employee feedback. This is one of the rare workplaces where you can be your authentic-self and feel how genuine everyone is with one another. The best professional growth experiences in my career.
Cons
Normal growing pains that comes with most jobs. The job does require you to sometime learn new skills/tools that might be out of your area of expertise in order to meet the client's expectations which could be challenging to some. For me, that's a pretty cool part of the role but it might not be for everyone.
