Pros
The corporate marketing team is made up of some good people, but management is terrible. They constantly fire people (in the one year I was there, I lost count of how many people were laid off, including a third of the entire marketing team). If you don't mind living your life in a constant state of fear, then this is the place for you!
Cons
For a remote team, there is no company culture and no onboarding. Because there is a constant revolving door of personnel, job roles and duties get switched around flippantly. There is more of a competitive than collaborative work environment and you can lose your job at the drop of a hat, from out of the blue. The company is owned by a private equity firm, so they only care about revenue and not personnel. The company used to be highly energizing, fun, and had some great managers, but unfortunately they are almost all gone now due to layoffs.
